JUDGING PROCESS

1
EVALUATION

The nominations will first be evaluated by an esteemed panel of technical subject matter judges who will assess the merits of each submission according to the judging criteria. The judging panels will be composed of diverse committees from a wide range of backgrounds and industries who will offer specific knowledge and expertise in their field.

2
SHORTLIST

After the initial evaluation, the technical judging panel will create a shortlist for each category. This shortlist represents the top contenders who have met the required criteria and have the potential to move on to the next stage.

3
ASSESSMENT

The shortlisted submissions will then be assessed by an impartial global judging panel, which will examine the entries in more detail and select the winners for each category. This panel ensures that the judging process remains fair and unbiased.

4
FINALISTS

Once the winners are chosen by the global judging panel, feedback from the final round of judging will be available to the finalists. This ensures full transparency regarding the impartial conditions of the judging process and helps entrants understand how their submissions were evaluated.

If you would like to register to join one of the judging panels, please get in touch HERE and a member of our team will reach out to you shortly.

EVALUATION

The first stage of the application process is to submit an application online via the submission portal. Applications will be assessed based on a number of criteria, including:

Once the deadline has passed, the applications will be shared with our technical committee who will assess every submission and create a shortlist based on the judging guidelines. The shortlist will then be shared with the global judging panel who will determine the winner of each category, to be announced at the awards ceremony. The two-stages of evaluation ensure transparency and impartial conditions for the judging process.
